What is Jettify?

Jettify is a Finnish, cloud-based SaaS service that offers a comprehensive and modern solution for marina management. The service is designed to simplify harbor operations by automating berth management, visualizing harbor data clearly in a map view, and streamlining event organization and coordination.

The modular structure makes Jettify a flexible and cost-effective solution where features can be selected individually according to each harbor's needs. This way, the service grows and adapts seamlessly with your operations.

Jettify was founded in 2024 to meet the digital needs of modern marinas. Our goal is to make marina management as simple, efficient, and profitable as possible – for both harbor staff and boaters.

Marina Map – The Heart of Jettify

The heart of Jettify is its precise and user-friendly marina map. During implementation, we produce a high-quality drone aerial image of the marina area, based on which the drawn map shows the marina's situation accurately and up-to-date. The map doesn't remain a snapshot – aerial images can be renewed regularly, keeping the marina's daily operations always current. This way, for example, boat positions in summer and winter are easy to verify, and different time periods can be displayed with one click.

For Clubs and Home Marinas

Jettify makes berth management smooth and increases utilization rates. Each berth can be either reserved for a member or freely available – and a reserved berth can be released instantly for competitions or events. When using Jettify's booking and payment functionality, released berths automatically become available for guest boaters to book. Members can also log into Jettify themselves and "show green" whenever their boat is away from the home marina. This way, every berth produces the best possible benefit. For associations, Jettify's event tool provides an easy and modern way to manage everything from inspections and watch duties to work parties. Registration forms adapt to needs, and a member can register quickly by selecting their own boat from Jettify's data – without additional data entry. Administrators see all boat information simultaneously and can report registrations comprehensively. Reports can be exported directly to Excel or PDF format. Winter storage is handled just as smoothly: berths can be fixed slots or freely placeable areas. Docking events and orthophoto imaging make yard space utilization efficient and planning easy. For marinas using Membra operations management, Jettify offers direct integration. Member, berth, and boat data updates automatically from Membra to Jettify, so information is always current – without overlapping administration. The result is less hassle for maintenance, more transparency for members, and smoother marina operations for everyone.

For Guest Marinas

Jettify makes guest berth management easy and customer-friendly. Boaters can book and pay for a berth in advance, and from the marina map it's easy to find a suitable and desirable berth for your boat. After booking confirmation, the customer receives all necessary information as well as possible access codes to marina services. Codes are defined in Jettify's settings, and the system automatically delivers the correct codes according to the booking time. Guest berth availability is always based on real-time availability, and double bookings cannot occur. Seasonal berths that are temporarily released for guest use also become immediately bookable. The pricing is completely under the marina's control. The price can be determined based on, for example, the berth's width, length, or mooring type (pontoon, buoy, side mooring). Additionally, seasonal differences can be set in the pricing, such as low- and high-season prices. Payments are processed through Stripe. Jettify uses the Stripe Connect solution, where the customer's payment is automatically distributed according to the agreement between the marina and Jettify. The marina's share is credited directly to its own Stripe account and can be freely withdrawn from there. For administrators, Jettify provides a clear overview of all guest berth bookings as well as reports showing revenue, payment processing costs, and Jettify's platform fees.
